Tybee Beach (Savannah) and on to Daytona

We headed out this morning to Tybee Beach, which is about 30 miles east of Savannah. It is a nice little beach town right on the Atlantic Ocean. It has a historic fort, Fort Pulaski and a lighthouse that you can climb. Of course we didn't climb it. It seems like a great place to spend three or four days basking in the sun. Here is a shot of the beach looking south. Hopefully you can see the parasailer in the distance.
After our beach outing, Felice and I headed down to Wilbur-by-the-Sea (next to Daytona Beach) to visit with Uncle Stu and Aunt Jane. We look forward to spending some real quality time with our family as well as some quality time on the beach since we are a three block walk from the beach. We probably will hang around for a couple of days, so we likely won't post for a couple of days. Gary and Felice
